Ali's Story
Ali is originally from St. Louis but has been a Chicago resident for the past seven years. She has a degree in International Studies and enjoys dance, learning foreign languages, cats, and Harry Potter.
She met Jen half way through her freshman year at DePaul University, and life hasn't been the same since. Jen asked Ali if she wanted to "hang out," which turned into a twelve hour date that launched what is now a 7 year relationship. Shortly after their five year anniversary, Jen asked Ali to marry her and Ali said, "YES OF COURSE!".
Ali is counting down to the day she will get to say "I do" to her best friend and love of her life. Her life doesn't make sense without Jen, and Jen understands her even when she's not making sense. She cannot wait to celebrate her joy with friends and family in Chicago!
Jen's Story
Jen was born in Seoul, South Korea and was adopted by the Noerper family in Deerfield, IL. She is the youngest of 10 children to Norman & Susan Noerper.
She is finishing up part of her studies to be a Registered Nurse by the middle of the summertime and is very excited to begin that journey.
Jen cannot wait to marry Ali and dance the night away with all their friends and family. Afterwards, she is looking forward to being a happily married woman with two cats and eagerly awaits what new adventures (and future family additions) she will share with her wife.
